Public Desktop Computers

Public desktop computers are available for use by anyone at all three ORLA locations. Logging in is simple – just enter your library card number!

WiFi

All ORLA locations offer free WiFi to patrons during all hours of the day - not just business hours. If you need to use the WiFi while we are closed, you are more than welcome to sit outside the building & use it. Just ask at the Front Desk for the WiFi password to connect on your phone, tablet, computer, or other device.

Public Kids Computers

Franklin & Oil City locations have separate computers for use by children 12 years of age & under.

No library card? No problem!

Library cards aren't required to use computers at ORLA locations. If you don't have a library card & don't wish to sign up for one, our staff can provide you with a renewable Guest Pass for computer use. Just ask at the Front Desk!

Microsoft Word & Excel

Need to do some word processing or make a spreadsheet? Our public computers are equipped with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel for your convenience.

Printing

Both black & white printing and color printing are available from our Public Desktop Computers. When sending your print through, enter your name in the gray box shown on your screen. The box will also tell you what your prints will cost. After sending, pick up your prints at the Front Desk.
