Room Bookings

Oil Region Libraries offer Meeting & Conference Rooms that can be reserved for individual/group events, meetings, or studying. When renting a Meeting Room, someone must visit the Library to sign the Meeting Room Use Agreement and pay the rental fee within 24 hours of booking.

The Meeting Room features folding tables & chairs, a kitchenette (with a microwave, stove, oven, sink & fridge/freezer), a single-occupancy restroom & a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Use of speakers, DVD player, projector & projector screens are available upon request. The Meeting Room is ADA accessible (featuring elevator access) & has a max capacity of 55 people. The room also features a private Front Street door for entrance & exit. This space is popular for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers & more!

Cost to Book: $35.00 for up to 4 hours OR $50.00 for greater than 4 hours.

Registered non-profits are eligible for 4 hours free of cost.
