SUMMARY:Teen Reading Lounge
DESCRIPTION:Teen Reading Lounge is back! 💥\nJoin us on Tuesdays starting on October 13th, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at the Franklin Public Library. This year’s theme, Animal Advocacy, aims to teach teens more about the wonderful animal rescues our area has to offer. A lot of work goes into the success of these organizations, and our teens have shown a desire to lend a helping hand. In partnership with the organizations themselves, we will be visiting and offering our assistance to Precious Paws and the Humane Society. The participating teens will also get to plan and implement a community project of their choosing.\nThis session of TRL is about creating young leaders who are not only confident in who they are but also empowered to create meaningful change in the world around them.\nIt will once again be a 6 week session open to ages 12-18. For more information and to register, please visit this Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc2ubIyBOYkgZtpNwM_Xz_-tzdeWhhNs8MBrOmJMhtTLOQF6A/viewform?usp=sf_link ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc2ubIyBOYkgZtpNwM_Xz_-tzdeWhhNs8MBrOmJMhtTLOQF6A/viewform?usp=sf_link )\nAny additional questions can be emailed to Daidre Green at fplteen@oilregionlibraries.org.\n
