Christmas Tree Decorating Contest
Patrons, business, churches & more are encouraged to bring a decorated tree to the Cooperstown Public Library to display (no larger than 4 feet). The community will be touring the library & will be voting on their favorite tree on Light-Up Night. The top 3 vote getters will receive a Franklin Retail Association gift card. The winner be notified on Monday, December 16th.
