Customer Service Essentials Workshop
Join us on Monday, December 6th at the Oil City Library at 10AM for a Customer Service Essentials Workshop courtesy of PA CareerLink! The purpose of this workshop is to describe the fundamentals of good customer service and learn how to communicate effectively with customers and resolve customer complaints.
