Mindfulness & Meditation Mornings
Join us at the Oil City Library for Mindfulness & Meditation Mornings! This program is free to attend & takes place twice a month (2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month) from 10AM – 11AM. This time consists of two 25 minute periods of meditation with a 5 minute break between. The first meditation may begin with a short guided experience to help focus the mind.
