Poetry of Gratitude Workshop
What could be more fitting than practicing gratitude in November? Join teaching artist Tracey Lander-Garrett in exploring poetry that expresses an appreciation for life, nature, and beauty, as well as a personal gratitude for friendship, family, and more. Our discussion will engage with balancing the benefits and challenges of finding gratitude. In our writing activity, we will contemplate and share the many aspects of life we most appreciate, in poetry or prose. Free and open to adults, ages 18 and up.
