Our libraries have made significant efforts to diversify our collections in order to fulfill more community needs. We have moved way beyond providing just books; instead we look to provide all types of resources people may need. We tend to focus on one-time-use, expensive or risky items to offset costs to our community members. Feel free to give us suggestions of your own! All items listed are free to check out with a valid ORLA library card unless stated otherwise.

WiFi Hotspots
These mobile devices function by working off of T-Mobile cellular networks to broadcast a WiFi signal. As long as you have a cell connection, you’ll have Internet. Each unit will connect up to 10 devices at any given time. The cost to borrow these devices is $2/day or $10/week. Call your library to reserve your device!

Fishing Rods & Tackle Boxes
We now participate in the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission’s Fishing Tackle Loaner Program. The public can come to the library and borrow rods, reels & a tackle box with hooks & other basic tackle. Those wanting to borrow the equipment complete a form & the loan is made. A valid fishing license is required outside of Free Fishing Days.

King of Tokyo Board Game
King of Tokyo is a game in which you play mutant monsters, gigantic robots, and other aliens (all of whom are happily whacking at each other in a joyous atmosphere) in order to become the one and only King of Tokyo. In order to win the game one must either destroy Tokyo by accumulating 20 destruction points or be the only surviving monster once the fighting has ended.
