Get Warm Giveaway
Join us at the Oil City Library for a Get Warm Giveaway with the Oil City Southside Neighborhood Association! We’ll have Tied Blanket Kits available for anyone who wants one on Monday, October 10th from 5:30 – 8:00PM. All ages are welcome (even if you’re an adult who just loves cozy blankets!) and no registration is required. These blankets make for a fun project to take home and finish yourself!
