Mindfulness & Meditation Evenings
Join us at the Oil City Library for Mindfulness & Meditation Evenings! This program is free to attend & takes place twice a month (1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month) from 5:00PM – 6:00PM.
This time provides an opportunity to practice turning inward & focusing your mind in a group. Group meditation can support concentration, awareness, and deepening of experience. The hour will be divided between guided and silent meditation with a short break between sessions. No experience needed.
