Oil City’s Victorian Homes Walking Tour
Join us on Oil City’s south side for a historic walking tour of Oil City’s Victorian homes on October 21st! The tour will begin at the Belles Lettres Club (405 W. 1st St., Oil City) at 1:30 pm & is led by Lois McElwee & her husband Neil McElwee, author of Oil City’s Victorian Houses, 1998. Neil & Lois will guide participants through several historic Oil City homes, detailing the history & architecture at every stop. Spots are limited & cost $30 per person or $50 per couple. Please register at the Oil City Library, or by calling (814) 678-3072. All funds raised from this tour will benefit the Oil City Library Theater Restoration project.
