1968 Film Showing
Join us at the Oil City Library on Wednesday, July 19th at 6:00PM for a showing of the popular film “Our Town, Oil City, PA: Our People, Our Schools, Our Downtown, 1968”.
The film, much like a time capsule, features extensive footage of many Oil City businesses, schools & more in 1968. The film was discovered at the Drake Theater in Oil City & was converted into a DVD format. The film will be shown in the library’s upstairs historic theater space.
The film showing is open to the public & admission is free. DVD copies of the film will be available to purchase after the event.
