Library Attic Days
Join us during the Oil Heritage Festival at the Oil City Library to see the library’s historic attic & theater space (normally not open to the public)! 2 days only – July 21st & 22nd. We’ll be giving tours of the historic theater space & having a rummage sale to raise money for the restoration of the theater.
