Mindfulness & Meditation Evenings
Join us at the Oil City Library for Mindfulness & Meditation Evenings! This program is free to attend & takes place twice a month (1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month) from 5:30PM – 6:30PM. This time consists of two 25 minute periods of meditation with a 5 minute break between. The first meditation may begin with a short guided experience to help focus the mind.
