NPRC Community Engagement Specialist Rose Clarke will be holding open office hours at the Franklin Public Library every second Tuesday of the month from 3:00-6:00PM. She’s available to meet with you and answer any questions you may have. Learn more about cost, financial aid, dual enrollment for high school juniors and seniors, associate degree programs, and the local classrooms in the Galena Building on the corner of Liberty and South Park Street.
