Cookie Decorating Party
Please join us at the Franklin Public Library with your family and friends to decorate cookies! We’ll have pre-cut sugar cookies for you to decorate with different-colored frosting and, of course, all types of SPRINKLES! We hope to see you on December 18th from 4-6!
