Feeling a bit “crumby” this summer? 🍪 Join us at the Oil City Library for a Sweet Summer Cookie Class! Learn basic decorating and icing skills with 3 summer treat-themed cookies with cookie extraordinaire Anne Curran. Choose between 2 sessions:
